How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 60-day wear test. If you are not completely satisfied with the comfort or fit of your shoes, you can return them for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase.
Do you offer wide and extra-wide widths?
Yes, we specialize in inclusive sizing. Most of our styles are available in Medium, Wide, and Extra-Wide widths to ensure a perfect fit for all foot shapes.
Are Orthofeet® shoes compatible with custom orthotics?
Absolutely. Most of our designs include removable insoles and extra depth to easily accommodate custom orthotics or medical inserts.
