Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help us improve our comfort technology.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Receive Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items.
